Hi! I am a first-year PhD student in Computer Science at Harvard University. I am advised by Prof. Hanspeter Pfister in the Visual Computing Group. My research interests lie in scientific visualization, specifically in methods that combine rendering, modeling, simulation, and interaction to help scientists explore, analyze, and disseminate large and complex data.
I recently had the opportunity to work with Prof. Nils Gehlenborg and Eric Mörth at the HIDIVE lab in Harvard Medical School. Before joining Harvard University, I received my Masters in Computer Science at KAUST under the supervision of Prof. Ivan Viola in the Nanovisualization group. I earned my Bachelors with honors at TU Wien with Prof. Eduard Gröller as my mentor.
I was born and raised in Austria, where I have been skiing all my life. I also enjoy watersports and have a background in graphic design.
